All services provided by Vetri Photography must be paid for in accordance with our agreed-upon payment plan. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit demonstrates your commitment to the scheduled date and time, and it covers a portion of the preparation and planning involved in your project. The final payment is due on or before the day of the photoshoot. Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of services.

Vetri Photography retains the copyright to all photographs. This means that we own the rights to the images, including the right to reproduce, distribute, and display the images. However, we understand that you'll want to use and share your images, so we grant our clients a limited license to use and share the images for personal and non-commercial purposes. This includes sharing on social media, printing for personal use, and displaying in your home. Any commercial use, alteration, or sale of the photographs without the prior written consent of Vetri Photography is strictly prohibited.

Our pricing is based on the complexity of the project, the time involved, and the services provided. We strive to provide competitive and fair pricing that reflects the quality and value of our work. While we typically do not negotiate our prices, we are open to discussing package options or custom solutions that may better fit your budget. If your project involves travel, we'll discuss any additional travel expenses with you in advance. This may include the cost of transportation, accommodation, meals, and other necessary expenses. We'll do our best to keep these costs as low as possible, and we'll provide you with an estimate of the total cost before you commit to the project.
